When I received this item# 512-017 ,it was screamin’ hot & separating & smelled strange. I mixed it up & it pilled off of my skin& had to wash it off, EEK! MAY I PLEASE GET A REFUND TO MY HSN CARD? PLUS I NEED A SHIPPING LABEL,& ORDER SLIP AS I CAN’T FIND IT!! THANK YOU!IT IS SOILED!☹
