At work & can’t CALL HSN yet, but wanted to know if anyone else was expriencing issues?

Dealing with this same problem and issue. I have well over enough funds available on my HSN card. But I still somehow get declined for the smallest item.
I initially expected HSN to quickly, and easily help out. But it seems they always love passing off their problems into someone’s else’s hands.
I had that happen to me a while ago when the card was 2 months from the expiration date and I was trying to use flexpay. The message cleared when I entered the new 3 digit security code and expiration.
