something is wrong with my arcade
when i click on a game they do not load, this just started 9/27/17. How do i fix this?

It worked for me. I haven’t been able to play games for weeks until I recently discovered I could play the “host games”. I have been having computer issues so I just figured it was part of that…even my husband couldn’t figure it out, but you fixed it for me in just a few simple steps.
Thanks again! Now I’m back to the arcade for some Mahjong double tickets! Woot-woot!!!
@slmangle , that is so good to hear!!! SO happy when others get to play the games too. I am definitely not a tech genious by any means, but I have been doing a lot of research and reading since I had started having problems after the Creators update.

@nettec , If if just started yesterday, I,m guessing its 1 of 2 problems. Depends on what browser you are using…If you are using Chrome, it probably disabled Flash…that has been happening. Go to your Chrome settings and check to re -enable Flash.
If you are using Edge then you probably just got the Creators update and that takes Flash out of Edge even tho it says Flash is enabled. Here is what to do:
Trekky can’t get to her computer right now, but she asked me to let you know that HSN has now made the necessary adaptation to allow the Arcade to work with Edge after the Creator Update.
What Trekky said to do was to go to #32 on the Arcade Help menu. while using Edge. She said it would ask you a question and then a popup would appear asking if you want to “allow” Flash Player for this site. Allowing Flash Player should fix the problems.
I have now “fixed” my Edge and Arcade problems by doing this on 2 different computers. Others are now reporting that it has fixed their problems too.
