MY DISABLED SISTER NEEDED TO KNOW A FEW ANSWERS TO SOME OF HER HSN RHONDA SHEAR CONSUMER CONCERNS, WHICH I POSTED BELOW, SO KINDLY REPLY ADVISE HSN CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERTS SO I CAN RELAY YOUR REPLIES TO HER, AND MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE.

ARE THE 8 INDIVIDUAL RHONDA SHEAR ITEMS I ORDERED TODAY GOING TO ARRIVE IN 1 REGULAR HSN CARDBOARD SHIPPING BOX, WITH EACH ITEM IN IT’S OWN PLASTIC ENVELOPE TYPE RETURN SOFT SHIPPING PACKAGE, PLACED INTO THE 1 HSN CARD BOARD SHIPPING BOX………..SO IF ANYTHING NEEDS TO BE RETURNED I WILL NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE MORE RETURN SOFT SHIPPING ITEMS/CARDBOARD BOXES FROM UPS OR USPS?
(WE ARE AWARE OF THE RETURN REFUND PRICING WHICH ESCALATES ACCORDING TO RETURN PACKAGE WEIGHT, SO IF ANYTHING MUST BE RETURNED I WILL ASK MY UPS CARRIER WHO DELIVERS TO MY HOME TO ALSO SCAN IN THE WEIGHT OF THE HSN RETURN PACKAGE(S) WHEN I HAND THEM TO HIM).

, I would really like to cancel my items as well.
I changed my mind after 1-2 weeks in favor of some new sale items that I am ok with waiting for delivery
1)All of these do come with an easy return label included.
2) These are returnable within the normal 30 day return time-frame.
3) Unfortunately we have no way to know, but if they arrive from the same warehouse then they can be returned in one box. You’ll just need to keep record of the order numbers so they can be included if returned.
