Recently I ordered a white blouse and waited a very long time for its delivery. I finally checked and said it had indeed been delivered. It had NOT been delivered. So I called. I ended up getting a letter that said it had been investigated and HSN was satisfied it HAD been delivered and my account would be charged. It HAD NOT been delivered! In the mean time my neighbors (who had been out of state) brought the packages over and apologized. I immediately called HSN because I’m honest and told them to re-bill me. Today I received yet ANOTHER rude letter saying that they had investigated and the package HAD been delivered and I would be charged! Good grief! I felt like a criminal! This is over a $12 clearance item! I called again this morning and had a rude customer service representative. HSN has just lost a very good customer. I recently had an order not arrive from Amazon (the same situation). I called them and they profusely apologized and I received another package within three days! The way HSN handled it with the letter basically saying I was a is very poor customer service. I am a good customer who regular orders from HSN and have for years. Again, over a $12 blouse they lost my business!
@rjjwbb, I can only imagine your frustration while reading your experience with us recently. It is truly disappointing to hear of it and appreciate you taking the time to share it with us. I will certainly pass your feedback along with your recent experience with the rep from this morning to have that interaction looked into.
I completely understand your decision to no longer shop with us, but hope you can give us another chance in the future.
