So dissapointed in customer service.
I used to like HSN and there used to be a time when their customer service was better. I bought a pair of Melissa Mccarthy Jeans over a year ago. I wore them 7 times and her botton split in two. They were oversized. Not something that I would expect that would happen especially for a 90 dollar pair of jeans. So I am sitting with a pair of jeans that I wore a few times and that can’t be fixed. I would think that they would at the very least offer to replace the jeans…offer a store credit more than 20 dollars. It’s sad when Macy’s and Lord and Taylor have better customer service. I guess I will start buying more there. I think I need to write to Melissa M …so that she knows that her jeans are defective…
