Slow Shipping Again
My order from November 18 still hasn’t arrived, and that is 8 business days (11 calendar days) as of yesterday. You had said I should reach out to customer service if I have delayed shipping times again. Thanks for listening!
Our apologies on the late response! I’m truly sorry for the order coming after the expected delivery date. During the holidays there is usually a slight delay in notifications but rest assure we’re working to get it out to you. We looked into the tracking and it states being delivered by the end of the day tomorrow.
