Size is off on Foot Petals
A customer should not have to pay for inconsistency in sizing. I am not happy with HSN, right now.
Below is what the chat rep had to say. In other words, inconsistency in sizing is okay with HSN!
the size in a slipper does vary which is why it is not set shoe size. I am very sorry, but this situation does not make the order eligible for the return shipping fee to be waived.
In addition, she took forever to chat! How many customers does one chat rep have to chat with at the same simultaneously?
I actually tried to keep an eye all day for Medium Slippers.
One Chat Rep told me she corrected the problem. She got me a large pair. (((((((((eye roll))))
The next rep did not help either.
I can say when it is bad at HSN, it is consistent.
HSN has offered nothing to make this situation better.
