I really wanted to TALK to someoe but I guess this will have to do.
I bought the Simply Ming griddle set. The griddle has turned black in the middle and sticks. Has for months now but I finally got tired of it. For $120 it should be cooking perfectly. That is a ridiculous price for something that doesn’t work any better than a $20 walmart pan.
I’m asking about the warranty. I thought it had a lifetime warranty. I need to send this pan back to them, I know the HSN warranty is long gone.
I’ll take another in place, but I’m ruining food with this pan. So far the other pan has not done this. I never used anything on it except plastic utensils and never high heat.
Where can I find the warranty (I googled and no luck) and where do I send it/contact. Not ok to sell something with no contact info after the sale.

Like I said I hope it works because whenever I post coupon codes for some wierd reason they don’t work for everybody.
Maybe they don’t know how to use it or don’t read the restrictions or I don’t know why but I feel terrible and frusterated, and it’s making me think twice about ever posting again!
