I PREVIOUSLY RETURNED A BROKEN SHREDDER AND WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET CREDIT FOR IT UNTIL IT REACHED THE WAREHOUSE. IT ARRIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE TODAY. I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED ANOTHER SHREDDER DUE TO NEEDING ONE IMMEDIATELY AND THIS ONE BROKE. I EVEN PAID EXTRA FOR SHIPING TO RECEIVE IT. THE FOLLOWING IS THE TIME AND DATE OF ARRIVAL AT THE WAREHOUSE.
Hi @judiwonder, I completely understand the importance of receiving your refund in a timely manner. Naturally we would have to allow our warehouse 8 days to process a return but as a courtesy, I have expedited the request and have issued the refund. You should see your refund reflected in your account within 72 business hours.
