Shout out to HSN Customer Service – Tamara
Hello guys: wanted to give a HUGE HUG and a Shout out to HSN Customer Service from
So I have ordered simmons mattress when it was a TSV a week or so ago. I bought 1 king and 2 queen. I got a call that the delivery is today and I was super pumped.
The delivery folks only got the mattress and NOT the Box sping or foundation. it was a part of the TSV deal. Now what was i left to do?
I am suffering from allergies from my old beds so needed them all gone but i cannot sleep on them as it doesnt come with a foundation. I called HSN – FIRST time – the lady said, “oops, you are out of luck, these are all sold out, so send them back for a refund” I am like “ARE YOU SERIOUS?
How can i send these big arsed things and the guys left taking all my old stuff and leaving just these three mattresses. and the line got cut.
frustrated – I went to a matteress store and bought foundations to the tune of 500 dollars and getting them delivered tomorrow.
Called HSN again – this time, another lady – i said can u please take care of me and she said – let me look and then the call got disconnected again….
Third time – TAMARA answered and I was short of tears when i explanined it all to her and how important it was for me to change all my old mattresses due to my significant allergies.. she said how much the box springs costed me – i told her 479 dollars and that i could send my receipt in. she said no reason and she was soooooo considerate in her tone of voice and immediately issued refund on these mattresses (200 on King and 150 each for Queens) and apologized.
can it get any better than this?
I was during all this fiasco – my husband getting frustrated, me trying to wash all the beddings so its all brand new and kids coming home from school and “omg where will I sleep, mommy” and all whining…. I almost had a nervous breakdown.
any way, i LOVE HSN and folks like Tamara make it a better place.
IF there is any way i send her a thank you note, please let me know… would love to get her all credit she deserves.
