I posted this question in the shoe section, and was told to post here too. I bought a pair of Keds, but they are too long. The shipping was included/free, should I return for an exchange, which I want to do since they are of no use for me, how would I be charged for shipping? Are exchanges charged a return shipping fee?
Is it too late to exchange them? I was going to give them to my niece, but I don’t think they’ll fit her (she’s in FL, I’m in SC). They haven’t been worn. I tried them on, they didn’t fit, and back into the boxes they went.
If it’s not too late, I would like to. I can mail them back tomorrow. I need to size down to a 6.5, in the same color indigo, if they are available.
@ane1there, we included a EZ Return Label with your purchase that you can use to have the item shipped back to us with. There would be a fee of $7.95 for the return shipping. If you’d like me to set up an exchange on the order for you, let me know what size you’re looking for and I’ll be happy to get that processed.
Since when has return shipping been charged for an exchange? This has always been free shipping!
Hi @velveteenrabbit7, any returns that utilize the Easy Return label are subjected to the fee associated with it, unless it is overridden due to being damaged or defective. We provide exchanges at no cost to the customer (which means we do not charge for another item as some companies do).
