So I ordered quite a few things recently and I don’t know what is going on with shipping. One of my items was supposed to be here by the 28th, and the ups website is telling me it won’t be here till January 6th. It’s ridiculous. This is the first complaint I ever had, and up until now I have been completely satisfied with HSN. But this is ridiculous I’m waiting almost 3 weeks for my purchases.

I’m really sorry for the delay in your items getting to you @mandie512. I took a look at the tracking and it looks like they are out for delivery today with UPS. I appreciate you sharing your experience with us and will certainly pass your concern along.
