Today I called to see why shipping my Apple Watch was taking so long and they said they didn’t see a reason why it was and they was gonna upgrade me to super express shipping free of charge since this was my 1st time every ordering something and because it’s taken so to ship and I looked at my order and it’s still on regular shipping. I am a first time customer and I’m already having a bad experience
Oh I totally feel your pain! Oliver manages to get little crumbs evverywhere no matter what he’s eating. He’s lucky he’s so cute. :smileywink:
Mine was sent in my HSN package. It was for $15 off a $30 or more, with restrictions that my item I wanted met. This was about a 15 minute live chat with lots of waits. First I was told I couldn’t use it because I wasn’t the customer it was issued to. After saying I was, then she said it wasn’t for my item – had to be a Today Only item. Ridiculous. Somewhere the info is not getting to the customer relations workers. When I asked for a supervisor, she said to try putting it through once more. It accepted it then. Just not good vibes from this. Good news- I saved on my item!
