Ordered something for Christmas and it said it would be here before Christmas. Now they are telling me it will be after Christmas. They said it’s in the warehouse for packaging so I can’t cancel my order. If it hasn’t shipped how come I can’t cancel it lol I don’t know. Waited on hold over an hour to be told there’s nothing we can do. I also have not revived and confirmation email so I can’t track it. But yet it’s already shipped from what one person told me and the other said its getting packaged in the warehouse. I don’t know just a horrible experience will not order here again.
Why has it been delayed I don’t have a tracking number yet someone told me it was shipped and another person told me it was in the warehouse for packaging. When I prefer I was told it would be here before Christmas now they are saying after Christmas. I wanted to cancel my order but they said I couldn’t. But yet I have no order number tracking number nothing. They just keep telling me there is nothing they can do.
