Hi, I placed an order on October 16th, and still it is listed as in packaging. I called customer service last month and was told that I would have it by the end of the month. Well, that time has now come and gone. Can I please have an accurate delivery date? The order cost was charged to my account on the day that I placed the order, but still I don’t have the product. Very frustrating, please provide me with more information.

To resolve this, a special team is working around the clock to get the shipments out as quickly as possible. I am so glad I purchased the things I really needed early.So far UPS is doing good in my area even with SurePost deliverys…Fed X is another story.I received a SmartPost package yesterday that on the way over 2 weeks.It was in my town 3 times before they finally dropped it at the Post Office for delivery.It shipped before Thanksgiving.
I saw a news story that they were already way behind and the Free Shipping day would overload them even more so I dont really expect my SmartPost deliveries until after Christmas.
