So disappointed with your shipping! I don’t understand why my orders take so long to ship. My orders use to take 2 -3 days to arrive to my home. Now it takes 1 – 2 weeks. What is going on! Shipping & handling is still pricey, but it takes longer for my shippment to get to me. I am so so upset about how you are handling the shipping today & it seems that you don’t even care. May be if customers get tired enough you will start to lose them.
My most recent order was place on July 16, 2016. I received a notice on the 19th of July that my order was received by the billing dept.& by the 20th was shipped. Really is this exceptible to you, for it’s not to me. When I place my order I expect it to ship immediately not 3 days later & another couple of days before it gets to me.
Please, please somebody explain this new way of shipping customer’s orders.

When you place an order with us, the order will generally ship within 48 business hours and will arrive to you within 3-7 business days of your order date. Unfortunately, there are times where it may take a bit longer for your item to leave our warehouse however your item should always make it to you by your expected delivery date as long as it is in stock. If your order doesn’t make it to you by your expected delivery date ever, please feel free to reach out to us for help.

As an owner of many different cutting machines – from many different manufacturers – and all the way up to 24" wide – I have to say I like the SNC and SNC2… I have the new one, but the 650 model. Original SNC (550 model is going to be looking for a new home, sad to say).
Brother is really behind their products and when they are due to be released they are ready! (Countless other manufacturers can ‘stall’ their delivery date by many months! (I’m waiting on some things that were promised over a month ago by one company and won’t be out til probably Black Friday! 🙂
I do LOVE the videos Julie does. And the fact they are posted in several different websites. She is a great presenter and has a quick and easy banter when demonstrating. It’s very much appreciated!
Many companies should aspire to the same heights they build up their machines to be!
One manufacturer in particular has (more than) hundreds and hundreds of complaints on various topics – and they go unanswered. That’s not good publicity and it alienates customers – present and future.
I also like the Canvas being FREE! – no subscriptions! (hear that Companies 1, 2, 3?)
Did those who ordered the new SNC2 here from HSN (or even the original SNC?) get the ‘Cut Up’ book? I’ve gotten 2 and haven’t used it yet! (I might repurpose one for use with the Minc!)
