UPS is unable to change my delivery status because of the shipping instructions from HSN. I need to have my package delivered elsewhere since I cannot pick it up at a UPS store or be home in the middle of the day. Please help!!!!!
Hello swixblizz21, I am sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with receiving your order. Regrettably we are not able to redirect, or change any delivery time frames for orders. I would suggest seeing if maybe a neighbor or friend would be able to accept it for you.
