Shipping once again –
Of my 4 orders I placed on the 3rd, only 1 item has shipped. The 1 container of Secure – I ordered 3 of these. Would have been nice had they shipped out all together since they are coming from CA. As it is they will be due here 9-12 (could have been 9-11, but sure post strikes again). Now the rest will come while I am out of town next week and I have to arrange (read beg desperately) for someone to come to my house and pick up my packages, and pray that it doesn’t rain on them or they don’t get stolen. I was hoping to have the meal replacements and my bags FOR my trip. I know I didn’t pay for the super fast shipping and it was a holiday weekend and all. HSN needs to give choices on how items are shipped. So I know it is likely my bags and the meal shakes are not at the same warehouse, but all 3 of my meal shakes ARE – I would have chosen to ship them together AND paid for usps priority (flat rate or otherwise) and they would have been here way faster.
My other suggestion is to change the in "3-7 days" it always says your item will be to you. CLARIFY it. I only received the first few items that fast – then after you get someone hooked on home shopping… You should also state whether the item is coming from an HSN warehouse or the MANUFACTURER’S warehouse.
As you can tell the shipping thing seriously TICKS me OFF. I ordered my items in enough time I SHOULD have had them for my trip, now I WILL NOT. AND I am INCONVENIENCED by having to find someone to get them for me off the porch and therefore IN MY BUSINESS (since the boxes are clearly marked as being from HSN and or the manufacturer.
As if by magic within a couple hour of complaining everything else has shipped… And all from the closer warehouse, should be here on I guess Thursday. I don’t like to complain. (though I am not a social butterfly, so most my posts are in this section).
I do want to thank you for letting the fulfilment department know my feedback. I think the ppl who put the info on the website and or management should know what I said about clarifying and letting ppl know if it is coming from HSN or direct from the manufacturer. Not that I think they will change things cause I asked, but maybe if enough ppl complained…
