Ordered Birkenstock sandals, received the wrong size. I called to tell them and they re-ordered the correct size with me over the phone. I asked if they could expedite the shipping in any way because I wanted them for vacation. They would not. Today I received the second order – again wrong size. I called and while they were apologetic, all they say is sorry and that’s it. These are sandals that cost $100. They don’t offer any way at all to “make it up to the customer.” What’s the incentive to keep shopping?
