I recently ordered an item and after the order was placed, I noticed a specific delivery date TWO WEEKS into the future. When I inquired about this extended date, I was told the company is still having warehouse issues. My question is, if you are still having warehouse issues and delivery dates are extended into the future as a result, why isn’t this noted on your website or why isn’t this noted PRIOR to actually ordering the item? It is unacceptable to me that I am not going to know that this item has a two week delivery date until the process is complete and the item is ordered. Please give me a detailed explanation without just some kind of overall indication that you are still having issues. Thank you.
I’ve had the same issue with an order I placed last week. My issue is the lack of communication. I had to call to find out why my order was in “packaging” status and was told they are having warehouse issues with no date for shipping.
Just buy something, they’ll send it when they feel like it.
I am experiencing the sam shipping problems. I placed an order on 11/2 and 11/4 with a delivery date of 11/14 and 15. Today is 11/9 and still in packaging status. Called CS and got their scripted reply to my inquiry. I have to wait until after the delivery date for them to even inquire about the order. The sure didn’ t delay taking my money
So I’m just concerned about the next craft shows that’s coming up this month. If we order, will our orders be delayed like the ones in Oct? I’m sorry for so many questions but it’s been over a month with the October order so I’m wondering whether to order now?
Thank you Kim. Are all of the craft items shipped from the Tennessee warehouse? That seems to be the one that is having the problem. I just don’t want to order more stuff if it’s going to be a delay.

Kyle. Any idea when the Oct craft day stuff will be shipped. I’ve gotten all of the info about the software problem and I understand why they are late. I was just curious as to whether u have a date now. Thanks!
I think he may be talking about things that are being offered now. My craft day items still say 3-7 days but I’ve been told different. Maybe they couldn’t go through and change them all. I understand there is a software problem. I know they will be glad to get everything moving again. I know I will too.
, we are still having some issues with shipping delays in one of our warehouses which is why we have certain items marked with extended delivery dates. When you’re shopping for your items, you’ll be able to tell if the item is on an extended delivery as we have the estimated delivery date listed on the item page right beneath the “Add to Bag” option.
