Shipping Issue – Lack of Customer Svc
I ordered 2 iPads — 1 was received with the wrong case and UPS lost the other one. They were both supposed to be delivered 2 Days ago. UPS located our 2nd package today, but, of course, we got home literally 5 minutes after they tried to deliver. When we called UPS to ask them to hold the package so that we could pick it up tomorrow, we were told that HSN will NOT ALLOW us to pick up our package….it must be delivered. I am beyond angry right now!! Our 2 options: take a day off without pay, so someone is here to sign for it, or let the, send it back to HSN because they tried to deliver and no one was home. This is the last time I will be ordering from HSN. I spent too much money on this order to have go through this . WHY CAN’T I PICK UP MY PACKAGE from UPS?????
@hocki, I truly apologize for your frustration. At this time, we don’t allow for orders to be picked up at shipping locations. All orders are only able to be delivered to the address that the order was set up to be shipped to during the order process.
