I’m new to HSN and I ordered a treadmill last week, got approved for the purchase on an HSN card and checked out. Received a confirmation email and then received another email that the item has shipped, the delivery time on the treadmill is 3-7 business days; but the tracking number isn’t Showing up on UPS and on HSN order status it doesn’t show it’s actually been shipped, it shows “initiated”, can anyone elaborate?

Jcale2, welcome to the HSN Community! Thank you for shopping with us. When I look into your order it seems like we’re just waiting for UPS to pick up the order. Since today is a holiday, we probably won’t see any movement until Tuesday or Wednesday.
