Shipping from Vendor
I ordered an item on 7/3 and selected paid for 2 day shipping. I’ve been informed by 2 reps the item is coming from the vendor, which is why no shipping data is available. I was supposed to receive the item today and I did not. This is my first HSN purchase and it’s been a bit frustrating. Of course, I’d like my item on time – I paid the add’l s/h so that it’d be here before the weekend. I’d be satisfied if someone could at least tell me where it is.
I appreciate the response but I am uneasy at the cst svc/mgmt 101 stock answers I’ve received instead of someone actually helping resolve my query. Are you guys unable to contact the vendor on behalf of your paying customer and request an update/info? I have no idea if someone needs to be here to sign for pkg. I paid for expedited shipping bc no one will be here for a week after today to sign for the pkg. So what happens then? Does it sit at a shipping facility? Does it get sent back to the vendor? Then the process starts over?
Hello , I completely understand your frustration. This is certainly not the experience we want for you. Sadly until we receive the shipping info we do not have a way to track the package for you. I do see a note was already placed on your account allowing you to receive a refund for the shipping charges. I hope that once you receive the item you will give us another chance!
Kat… You don’t have to wait for a Show to ‘Air’ in order to purchase what’s being presented on that Show. Here’s a way to get around that—>
Go to the TOP of any page, and
1. Click on WATCH.
2. Then, click on PROGRAM GUIDE.
3. Select your TIME ZONE.
4. Select what DAY you want to view.
5. When you find the SHOW(s) you’re looking for, click on ‘SHOP ITEMS’ and purchase away!
On ‘hot’ selling Lines, like Slinky, this is the only way to assure you get what you want, for these Lines Sell-Out very quickly when being aired on tv… as you have already discovered. The trick is to NOT WAIT for the airing… but to buy ahead of time! That’s how the pro shoppers here at HSN do it, *lol*. Good Luck!
p.s. Most Lines air any number of times during a 24-hour period. Be sure to click on the ‘SHOP ITEMS’ on ALL the Shows because there will be different Items being presented on all these Shows.
