I ordered two items on November 4th and still have not received, Finally after calling several times someone finally cancelled my order on the 30th and reordered for me with the assuance I would receive them by the 10th. Yesterday I received another email about shipping delays and my order is still showing processing NOT SHIPPED. I am so frustrated. Please let me know if it is even going to be shipped at all. I understand warehouse problems and that you have a mess on your hands but this is the gift giving season and customers need answers about products purchased.
, I’m very sorry your orders haven’t shipped yet. I certainly understand your concerns. There isn’t anything to indicate they won’t be delivered by the expected delivery date at this time. The light-up SUVs are expected to be delivered on 12/12. The other order is coming from a different warehouse so it’s possible that it has already shipped and we just haven’t received the shipping information yet. Once we have an update, we’ll email you the tracking information.
