I ordered 3 Andrew Lessman products on Oct. 2. They are still in packaging. I read on other customers posts about warehouse issues but HSN should offer us some kind of discount or spendable cash for future orders to compensate for this extra long delay.There was no mention of the delay while Andrew was on again this weekend.Is he aware of what’s going on?
I’m sorry for the delay with your orders . We had an unexpected warehouse delay, but it has been resolved now and orders should begin shipping out soon. I went ahead and issued you $15.00 in Spendable Kash for the inconvenience.
