I ordered 3 clothing items on Aug 17 and my order status shows it still hasn’t shipped. I’m concerned because I bought these items to take on vacation and now I’m not sure I will receive them in time. I’ve never had an order take this long to ship. Please advise. Thank you.

@technogrl, I’m sorry to see these items haven’t shipped yet. I don’t see anything that would make me think something is wrong with your order and you’re still expected to receive this by 8/27. You should get updated shipping information by the end of today or tomorrow.
