Selling items you don’t have and lying about shipment?
I placed an order on 8/31. Still had not recieved on 9/12 so called to find out why. Was told the order had shipped and I should get it today. Today I get a message saying the items were returned. Called back as was told the item was out of stock and the refund was issued Saturday, when I called, to be posted today. If who I talked to Saturday knew the items were out of stock why was I lied to and told they had been shipped? Why was I sold an item you didn’t even have? I’ve been shopping with HSN for a long time and admittedly this is the first time I’ve had a problem but to think that you sell items you don’t even have a lie to customers is making me rethink making any further purchases!
Question about my Technibond bracelets and rings. Can they be worn to do dishes, shower, swim in pool?
I know I am closing my account with HSN after i return my items back, I also place a order on 9/5 and it 9/15 and was told i be geting it tomorrow, while other people are rating this item all ready and it was a TS. What a Joke! Very upset with HSN Now
Devie615, I’m very sorry to hear of your experience. Whoever you spoke with Saturday should have informed you of the situation. This item is shipped from one of our partner’s warehouse. We do our best to manage our vast, rapidly changing inventory, however, on rare occasions we do make errors. I’m very sorry for our mistake.

After dealing with the reps on the phone, the only way to deal with them is to file a complaint in the morning and demand they make it right. The reps told me it has to go through customer service and the more complaints they get and the more wrong doing was done they will have to make reparation with those of us ( I have the feeling Amy and her big lieing mouth caused quite a mess) who were lied to and had our money wrongly taken. Make SURE you call and let them know it is THEIR mistake and THEY need to fix it.
