Second Order Since December that is COMPLETELY WRONG
Although I’m a fan of HSN, I don’t shop on here much, but after glancing at hte specials on Sunday, I almost immediately placed an order. The checkout screen reflected ALL of the items I had purchased, but my email confirmation DID NOT. This is the second time since December that I have tried to order the same product (the Goldleaf Fragrance by Thyme,) however this time I ordered TWO BOTTLES at the promtional rate (between $17 and $18.) The first time the order was canceled w/o explanation or warning, and this time it just vanished from the checkout screen to the confirmation screen. Also missing was a the Goldleaf lotion, two sets of the gingerbread sink set (@ around $13 per set), and a bottle of the Goldleaf Gardenia (not the gift set, the EDP itself.)
Despite my past experience, I was hopeful there was a glitch of some sort and that I would actually receive a second confirmation email, but NOTHING came through. I was out of town yesterday and just went through my package that was delivered by UPS and I honestly do not know what to do. I recall being tempted to take a photo of the ordering screen but as a consumer and fan, I placed my trust in your ordering process. i would still very much like the missing products at the prices I THOUGHT i had purchased them at. is there anything that can be done? I am honestly tempted to just send everything back because I truly am upset and offended with this happening again. (During my last order in Dec, there was also another glitch with another order but I just let htat one go even after bringing it to someone’s attention, so this is quite literally the third order I have a terrible problem with.)
Thanks for the additional info, @literarystudy. I’ve placed a store credit, Spendable Ka$h, on your account for the difference in cost on the 5 items. You’ll be able to apply the amount to your order on the “Order Review” screen so that you can still receive the items at the promotional price. Hope this helps!
Thanks for the response. Again, i wish I had taken a photo of the original purchase because this really shakes my confidence in shopping on your website or phone app. I’ve never had this problem before with other retailers. I looked at the items and they are not priced at the promotional prices they had over the weekend. i forgot the name of the promotion/sales event, but the items I had purchased were half off the current sale price. Again, that is the only reason I even ordered them. Thank you for verifying that were incomplete orders. The item number for the missing hand wash sets is 515-441, but if HSN will honor the promotional prices I’ll be willing to accept the 2 Goldleaf EDP’s and 2 Goldleaf Body Creams.
Please advise so i can order and/or decide what to do about this incomplete shipment.
@literarystudy, I’m so sorry to hear that there was an issue with your order that you recently placed and that some of your items never made it to you. I do show that there were incomplete orders for 2 of item 489046 (Thymes Goldleaf® Eau de Parfum) and 2 of item 487180 (Thymes Goldleaf Body Créme). Both of these items are still in stock and at the promotional pricing they would’ve been ordered at so you’ll be able to reorder those at any time. Can you provide me with the item numbers for any additional items that should have been included with that order so I can ensure you’re able to get them ordered for the same price?
