So I’ve been reading through the forum and it seems that this is an ongoing issue. I wish I would’ve come here before ordering but I’ve never had an issue in the past. I was charged $140+ for the PS4 slim special edition blue console on flex pay. About an hour after I ordered I was sent a email that my order had been cancelled. Of course I was super confused as I knew the funds were available and were already withdrawn. When I called I was told I was not eligible for flex pay. That’s very odd as I have a very good credit history and have been approved for way larger amounts. Things are just not adding up. I will wait 72 hours for my refund then I will contact my bank and report the charge as fraud. This is so inconvenient seeing to as how most people are ordering Christmas gifts. This is shameful and HSN has definitely lost a customer after this stunt.
