Samsung J7 Activation…. (Virgin Mobile)
I am trying to activate my Samsung J7 thru the “Simply Activate” site? I get all the way thru the steps then I get an “I am sorry, we are having technical difficulties. Please try again later. Thank you. Goodbye.” message every time I try. I have tried both online and by calling the number provided with the same result. The product info on the HSN site does says to “only” activate this way to get the promotional free month of service.
Also, there is a choice both ways, (online and by calling) that offers the promotion if your phone is already activated but I’m afraid to try activating on the phone itself and then calling for the promotion as I don’t want to lose the $30 credit. I’m wondering if I try it this way will I still get the promotional free month? ($30 of service)
Thanks so much for any help!
No, the number is not connected to “a person” and there is no way of getting to a person, it is all computer generated. I keep getting the same response on both. “Technical difficulties”
Yes, that is the number I have been calling and also the website I was using. And, yes, that is the plan that is offered for the promotion. I am a current VM customer and am trying to just activate my new Samsung J7 with no luck. Yes, it is $35 (not $30) as I had stated.
Any help will be appreciated!
Hi , I’m sorry you’re having trouble with activation. Just to confirm you have tried calling 888-222-8484 and visited http://www.simplyactivate.com and are unable to complete the activation? I’m showing this item includes offer includes 1 month of service on the $35/5GB Virgin Mobile rate plan, is this the plan you are selecting?
What should I do if selecting autoship didn’t lock in the special pricing? I ordered when Anna Griffin and Suzanne Runyan were promoting the Anna Griffin Cuttlebug Seasonal Embossing Folder Bundles Auto-Ship–item 474-339 —
Suzanne said that by ordering the autoship on 03/16/16, I would secure the "This Day Only" autoship price of $28.95. This statement is one of the main reasons I ordered when I did and not earlier.
However, when I looked at my Autoship Manager later, I was dismayed to see the price it would be regular HSN price for 3/17/16 and beyond: $34.95 for the future shipments. I know what I heard; I just verified again on the live
presentation video attached to the Spring Folders. (She says it at 11:16 of the video). Therefore, you can see why I am confused and disappointed when I looked at my Autoship Manager list for the embossing folders.
So what can I do? I’ve already emailed HSN and they don’t seem to understand what my issue is: they think that I’m complaining about the Spring Folders being at the $34 price. Is calling a better option?
