I purchased. A galaxy s3 10 months ago and the screen is not touchable , would Hsn replace it ? Or fix it?
Bee29, I’m very sorry your phone is not working correctly. We can only accept returns within 30 days of your order. I did look into your order and see that the phone has a manufacturer’s 1-year limited warranty. Please contact Samsung Mobile at 1-888-987-4357 regarding this warranty.
