Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime
I just got my phone and first off noticed the wrong case was sent. There is no phone card either. Before going through the hassle of setting it up I would like to know if I need a card or will the time be added automatically. Instructions say you will need a service plan PIN but I don’t see anything with a PIN. This was supposed to include 1 yr and 1350 minute & text
I’m sorry to see this, . You shouldn’t need a card to activate. This phone comes with 450 minute plan but everything is tripled with this phone which gives you the 1350. Just follow the instructions on the Quick Guide to get the phone activated. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
