Samantha Brown Poor Customer Service
Samantha I have sent countless emails and messages but have never gotten a reply from you, I have two different set of your luggage 7 in total that all match in color but unless you look they all look like they match. I have it in the burgundy croc. I have many of the accessories as well. I have asked you many times when you are going to add matching garment bags to hang suits???? but have never gotten a reply from you. Do you not read your emails or twitter or anything your loyal customer ask you? I love the luggage but disappointed with your customer service. Looks like I am not the only one either.
@topdoger, I’m sorry you haven’t received an answer regarding the garment bag. We currently do not have any plans on adding a hanging garment bag to the collection. Samantha takes great value in her customer’s requests and suggestions but there hasn’t been a big request for hanging garment bags in the past. Thank you, for feedback and loyalty to the Samantha Brown brand. We will look to see what we can do in the future.
