Rude Customer Service
Yesterday I called Customer Service to cancel an order of Slinky Brand 2 for 1 tunics. According to the HSN web site, it first was “waitlisted”. Now it is spending the last 5 days in “Packaging”. I think it’s still waitlisted and I don’t want the order.
I spoke with an male HSN rep and he was very rude, telling me that it was already in the warehouse and would ship the next day (today). Guess what? Not shipped. On the web site, my order has a delivery date of May 2. Really??? Really?????
Why is there no place to cancel an order when clearly, it is on waitlist.
I’m not a frequent HSN shopper and, after this experience, don’t plan to be.
Thank you HSN person for "hearing" me. I called Customer Service again last evening and was told the same story – it’s in the warehouse and cannot be cancelled.
I now have a delivery date of May 9!!!!
I will definitely let you know if the item has not been received by me by 4/2. I don’t understand why I can’t cancel it now.
, I’m very sorry to see that the person you spoke with was rude. I did take a look at your order and sadly we’re not able to cancel it at this time. Please let me know if you don’t get it by the 4/2 so we can issue a refund.
