RSVP to HSN’s 41st Anniversary celebration?…
HSN representatives assured me last night that even though it appeared I was being charged for shipping and handling after spending over $75 in the current promotion, it would be adjusted overnight. They told me this same thing, TWICE… yet, I WAS STILL CHARGED.
The third and last representative that I spoke with made it sound as though the PROBLEM AND BLAME WAS ENTIRELY MINE for not reading the fine print in the promotion (which I have still been unable to find nor understand the logic).
The worst part about this HSN promotion (or lack thereof) AND their customer service response(or lack thereof) is that they have left me feeling DUPED, DECEIVED, and DEBASED.
Here’s a bit of advice for a company that wants to portray its bond with shoppers as that of a FAMILY: Honesty and trust are vital to any relationship, especially that of a family. Once those core values have been disregarded or broken (yes, even once), irreparable damage is done…making a 41st Anniversary dubious at best.
I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with this promotional offer. I see we have forwarded your concerns about this, and issued refunds for all the shipping charges. I’ll also send some additional feedback to our IT team that we update the site to reflect the rules for this more clearly.
