Robbed and Bamboozled
I have been trying to obtain my release of my charge to my credit card since the flex pay canceled my order on Dec 16th. I have talked to a 3rd line supervisor that refuses to make a call to my bank to release the funds back to the card.Then I obtained a cancelation number that i suppose to release the hold on the card within 72 business days and it is still not done. What can I do to get a decent answer of releasing my funds so I can handle my own business. Customer satisfaction does not exist. I need results and not a hemmming and hummming…..and excuses.

? The complaints ppl are referring to are not constructive criticism but nasty and relentless pity parties on various threads that have been buried. The thread titled COUPON EQUALITY has great complaints and suggestions that I submitted to Corporate on behalf of the Community. The Marketing Team responded to me by phone w great appreciation for sharing the Community’s concerns and said they are revamping HSN’s coupon system since everyone is unhappy. I am hoping the new coupon policy will take effect at the beginning of the new year – fingers crossed! :smileyvery-happy:
