Reviews not working?
I’ve tried three times today to post reviews for products I’ve received. Clicking submit does nothing or takes me to a “out records show you haven’t ordered this product” message. Well. That’s odd considering I’m accessing the “write a review” link from the “orders” section of my account. If I could have found another way to contact HSN in writing is not have posted this message in the forums. What gives HSN? Why no review posting?
@jenni5309, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble getting your reviews posted. As long as the product you’re trying to review is attempting to be reviewed at least 5 days after your order’s ship date and up to 180 days from the date of purchase, you should be able to submit the review. If it’s within this timeframe and not working, I’d recommend clearing your browser’s cookies and cache as there may be something preventing the reviews from going through. If this doesn’t alleviate the issue, please let me know.
