I was reading reviews about HSN online and unfortunately it was after I placed my order. Wish I had read the reviews before hand. This issue seems to be a huge problem, 519 bad reviews on one site about them and it happened to me too. You purchase something on flexpay they take the money then cancel your order and don’t refund the money. I recommend using QVC! They have better customer service, they don’t cancel your orders and they only take the money you authorize and they refund you if you are not satisfied.
I like HSN online. QVC is okay but way over priced.

I know it could be disappointing but it does not mean that you would not qualify for FlexPay on future orders. We have sent you a written explanation and you should receive it within the next 7-10 days.
