I am so grateful to the customer care agent who took care of me several minutes ago. I am not well. I lack the physical strength to do many things and when my Joy Miracle mop arrived with the outer box and the mop split in half I was wondering how I would be able to return the item. My husband will have to tape up the box and put the return label and there will be no charge and then hsn will send me one by midnight. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

I hope you feel better soon and instead of having you return the damaged item, you can go ahead and discard of it and you’ll receive your replacement within the next 3-7 business days. I want you to focus on getting better and not have to worry about returning the item. 🙂
