seems like every time I want to return something, defective or otherwise, they tell me I cannot return it because it is past 30 days. Really? I would think they would care more about pleasing customers than the almighty dollar. So, I will close out my HSN account and stick with my Amazon account. They accept returns up to one year with absolutely no questions asked.
I am sorry for your disappointment with this policy . We do have a 30 day in home trial for all our products, but I understand the desire for longer. I will be sure to pass your feedback on for you that we extend this.
