I returned shoes mistakenly to HSN that belonged to QVC, over 3 weeks ago. HSN has yet to return the shoes to me or to QVC.
I wouldnt hold my breath.. HSN has lost a great deal of credibility.
I called HSN. My smart phone does not work. Called HSN they gave me the number of Boast. They then told me to watch You Tube. Did not make me happy. Now my printer does not work. Please send return postage. Thanks, Karen
Oh no! The good news is, anytime this happens, our warehouse will automatically either forward the package on or return it to you. I’m sorry I can’t provide you with an exact time frame on this process though.
