Returns past 30 days?
I ordered a phone (Samsung Galaxy S5 with tracfone service). I have bought quite a few tracfones over the years from here and have never had an issue… until now. I have done everything I could think of to try and fix the multiple issues with the phone but it is getting increasingly worse (not sure if I should include the problems I’m having in this post, so I’m going to omit them) However I am past the 30 day mark (I received it on the 9th of September and it is now the 15th of October). Which leads me to my question, what do I need to do? Do they take returns past thirty days? Will they exchange? Or am I stuck with it? Thanks in advange for any info/help!
