Returning Aroma Rice Cooker
I need to return a rice cooker, because the second time I used it, the lid shattered in my hand. I am hoping that because it was defective that the return shipping will be waived.
Did you use the steam insert that was ordered as an extra when that happened? It did not fit and that could of caused that. I know from about 30 reviews that everyone said it did not fit even though it was for that item. The lid did not fit properly. Someone asked that the insert be recalled before the glass lid shattered but it was not recalled by hsn as it should have been. They pulled the 1 star review now on the steam insert that did not fit so the lid would sit properly.

The item is shipped directly from our partner’s warehouse so it unfortunately doesn’t come with an EZ Return Label however I’ve requested to have a prepaid return label sent to you for the return. Please allow up to 15-21 days for the label to arrive in the mail. Once you receive it, have the item shipped back to us and we’ll be happy to issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
