Returned Two Items, Refund for only One
Purchased 2 Cricut Makers. One for me and one for Sister in law. We both decided it was not for us. She was going to mail hers separately but we decided to mail together. My husband has larger boxes at his work where we can pack both so they are well protected in their original inside boxes. The outer brown ones were abused by UPS. I received a return confirmation and refund and then looked at the details. I only received credit for one of the Makers. That is noted in my order status. Both were sent using the same UPS tracking information. I may have neglected to include the other order form for the other Maker. My fault. But I figured someone would see TWO of them. Can you please issue a refund for the second Cricut Maker? You have delivery confirmation from the one Cricut Maker.
I do not need you to help any more. One of the specialist supervisors was very helpful and have issued a refund. Thank you for beginning to look into the matter. All is good.
I used the return form you supplied. Tracking number 1Z1X01V59090729239. Got into Piney Flats TN on 7/13 it looks like. There were 2 Cricut Makers in the box.
@emt1404, thank you for the return tracking information. I’ve sent this information over to the warehouse so they can take a look and get this corrected. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to get corrected.
