Hi, 12/15 I spoke with rep & advised that item #575889 Heidi Daus Worth Waiting For Ring was not sized correctly. I had ordered it in 10 as I always do for my middle finger and it was too huge. I was advised to send it back as defective. I mailed it back & ordered another one in a smaller size which I did receive. The order number was **********. I am checking to see if you have received it yet as I don’t see my account credited and the rep Lucy advised I would not be charged to return as the ring was incorrectly sized. Thank you for your reply.

It’s disappointing to hear that the ring sizing was not as it should have been @tamrick. I did check on your return and see that it is still on it’s way to our warehouse. I would allow a little more time as it makes its way back to us. Since we have an email address on file for you, once your return has been processed, you should receive a confirmation email. I also ensured that you will not be charged for return shipping as well.
