Returned delivered still not credited
The Fitbit Versa I returned shows delivered to HSN on 12/20 but the return is not showing on the order status page. I spoke with a CSR this morning and was told to call back on 12/29.
I feel this is unacceptable because she was able to see that it had been received by HSN. Please credit my first flex pay and cancel the future flex pays. Thank you.
@wingnut09, I’m very sorry but we have to allow the warehouse an opportunity to refund the return. I’m sorry I’m unable to process a refund before the 29th. I do see that we moved your next FlexPay to 1/13 to ensure we process the refund before another FlexPay comes out.
