Returned a purchase and haven’t recieved credit on my account yet
On October 19th I ordered a Hamilton Beach toaster oven, when I got it I noticed the door was hanging crooked so I contacted HSN for a return label so I could send it back. It took a while to recieve it (I wasn’t going to pay for return postage on something that was defective) then I shipped the box out the same day I got the label. It was delivered back to HSN on November 20th and I still haven’t recieved credit for the return. How long does it take to recieve credit back onto your card? It will soon be 4 weeks since they got the package, I would think it wouldn’t take that long to take care of this matter.
I returned a package with 4 items in it and I received an email saying the one item was added back to my Cr. card and the other 3 item was not ! what happened?
