Return Shipping Label
I purchased a Colleen Lopaz ring which arrived with a stone missing. Returned using Prepaid Label. I was charged $7.95 return shipping. Didn’t pay it & now with interest/late charges, my statement is $49.80. I have sent 2 emails to Customer Service & a letter to Comenity Bank & have not received a reply. This is not right as it was not my fault the ring was defective. Please help!!!!!
I am so sorry that you have been charged so much for a damaged item, @tnvolunteer! I assure you this is not typical and I agree, the return shipping should have been waived. Due to the age of the order, I have issued you a refund check of $7.95 that you will receive in 3-5 business days. It seems like Comenity may have added on some additional late fee’s that you may be able to have removed. I do recommend speaking with them directly at 888-724-6649 to see if some of those fee’s can be waived. I truly wish I had more options. I do hope this helps.
