I ordered an electronic item on 10/30/15. The item was received on 11/16/15. Had to wait for release date. Worked for about 2-3 hours. Took to Best Buy they indicated it was defective or something had come a loose. I have since shipped back. I can see on tracking that its in transit. Called Customer Service and was informed that I had to wait for them to receive item back before another could be shipped. I have to wait due to the price of the item before I can get another even though I have paid the first payment. In what world of business does this happen? Now I have to wait some more. Your product was defective…why is this on me. You can see the tracking and know it’s. On the eay. I asked about expeditious over night shipping and was told that could not happen. Also even though it was not a lot what happen to my spendable kash? This is my first time pisting here. I do not understand these tactics.
Had spendable kash in my account….what happen to it. It would appear to me that a company of this size could do something to compensate my loss time with the product. Isince you have responded I would also like to know how was the price of this item determined. When it came out it was 599.00. HSN sells for 649.00. I am now seeing at Best Buy snd Amszon for 499.00. Samsung even sell for actual start out price of 599.00. This is a Samsung items so ehy is HSN more. You state free dhipping but iz this how your company recoup the shipping ny over charging?

In these cases, it is necessary to have the return verified before the exchange is shipped. I checked that the tracking status indicates delivery to the manufacturer is estimated by 11/25. The exchange should ship within a few business days following the return being processed.
Everyone, I just got a response from the company. They state that all of their products are SLS and SLES free.
